Frequently asked questions
WHAT IS WINE AND HOW IS IT MADE?
Wine is an alcoholic beverage obtained from the fermentation of grape juice. Its production begins with the harvest (grape collection), followed by pressing to extract the must. Then, the natural sugars in the must are converted into alcohol by the action of yeasts during fermentation.
Finally, the wine can age in tanks or barrels before being bottled.
