A story that began in the country
Son Pere Jaia originated on a family estate where the land has always set the pace. Generations dedicated to the land have shaped an approach to winemaking rooted in respect for origins, the passage of time, and craftsmanship.
Today, we continue to work guided by that same philosophy: caring for the land, listening to each vintage, and crafting honest wines that speak of Mallorca from the inside out.

We practice organic farming with a respectful approach to the environment. We harvest by hand, tend to every plot, and make long-term decisions, because we believe that a great wine begins long before it enters the winery.

Each wine is born from constant observation of the vineyard and intervention only when necessary. We aim to accompany the process rather than transform it, allowing the land, the climate, and the variety to express themselves naturally.
