ORIGIN
Sa Guarda originates from some of the estate’s oldest vineyard plots, cultivated on clay-limestone soil using environmentally respectful farming practices. The grapes are harvested by hand, selected at the peak of ripeness to preserve the natural balance of each vintage.
HISTORY
The name refers to the place where the estate’s finest vintages were once set aside—a space linked to family memory and the concept of safeguarding what deserves time and care. This wine embodies that same intention: to craft something honest, unhurried, and deeply connected to the land.
